3.The sending back address:send email to us for address.

Pay attention: DO NOT Send the whole DVB to us directly!Pls kindly only send the defective mainboard or other defective parts to us directly.

If any problem with chinese customs,we will not take any responsibility . Because chinese customs forbid import DVB and checked very strict.They will destroy them.

4.You must write the problem of DVB clearly and write your email address .

So that we can solve the problem as soon as possible .If not, we would wait for you to contact us then deal with it .
